Brizolli waffles stuffed with minced meat

Recipe:

• Mix 1 kg of minced meat 300 g of finely chopped onion.
• Add a tablespoon of the Chmeli-Suneli spice mixture, a handful of parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
• Spread the minced meat evenly over the "Brizolli" wafers and top with another wafer.
• Next, place the waffle burgers in egg and milk mixture.
• Heat a layer of oil in the pan and fry the waffles until golden brown.
• Then place the waffles in an oven pre-heated to 180°c for +- 15 minutes
• Let the waffle burgers cool and serve with a spoonful of sour cream or adzhika
